Oct 24 2007, 2:36 PM EDT Good, you've got a start on this. Since you've begun an introduction, you ought to be able to fill in the lead and thesis. I think, though, you have the material for your lead listed in section II. II.A. should be historiographic, dealing with interpretations of historical monuments and collective memory. Memory groups--great! III. This is great, too! I wasn't thinking of the monument as celebrating Norwegian independence. This means it actually celebrates two things--Lincoln and Norway. Good. Make these two points in this section. Sections below--start taking the material and listing it down as subpoints. Do you find this valuable? |
